4 .- July 15, 1815. Napoleon was imprisoned and exiled by the British to the island of St. Helena in the Atlantic.
*5 .- July 15, 1979. Die Gustavo Diaz Ordaz, Mexican president (1964-1970).

*Gustavo Diaz Ordaz gave the vote to children 18 years and passed a new labor law to improve the employment status of workers. His work was overshadowed by government intervention against the 1968 student movement that culminated in the bloody massacre in the Plaza de las Tres Culturas in Tlatelolco, on October 2. During his tenure in Mexico organized the Olympiad 1968.
